Tenant accounts
Platform-level controls separated from tenant Administration.
Phase 1H supports one secure local owner invitation per suspended tenant. Activation remains blocked until that owner opens the link, sets a password and signs in. Billing, deletion, real email and customer data remain unavailable.
Create tenant shell
The new tenant has no login or owner yet. All optional add-ons start disabled. Its branded Desktop and Staff hostnames are reserved automatically but stay inactive until DNS and TLS are approved.
Secure owner onboarding
Local link only—no email is sent. Use a unique .invalid address. The raw one-time link appears once and is never written to the audit log.
